Fraxel is an effective treatment for:

Irregular pigmentation – freckles, sun spots, age spots, and melasma.
Sun damaged skin.
Actinic keratosis, a precursor to skin cancer.
Acne scarring and other surface scars.
Fine lines and wrinkles, especially on the upper half of the face.

Depending on the area treated, a Fraxel session takes about an hour. Topical numbing cream is applied, and special precautions are taken to protect your eyes. Then you relax while the clinician passes the handpiece vertically and horizontally over problem areas. You feel a sensation of heat, but treatment is well-tolerated.

How long can I get results?
Many patients claimed to have felt relief immediately afterwards. Most of the patients have felt relief after the first session.
